My April Favorites!
This is a pretty wholesome favorites if I do say so myself xD I didn't really discover anything new - most of the things in the list have a lot to do with improving my mental health, so they mean a lot to me personally :) I hope you guys give some of these a try!
FOOD
Tea Voyage
This is such a soothing tea choice. It's so light and fragrant, with the most subtle hint of earthiness. I'm not sure what it is exactly that makes this tea stand out but it's so addicting! I only have a couple of packets left so I'm trying hard to savor them <3
PLACES
Source Foods
This is a new cafe I discovered with a friend not too long ago and ever since then I just keep coming back. I love the design of the cafe so much. The layout inspires me so much. I love that I can feel happy every time I come back, and it's because I've been doing the things that make me happy whenever I go there. It feels so good to be able to go to a place with zero negativity. I love it! I highly recommend this lovely spot to all my fellow Perthians :)
MEDIA
The Promised Neverland

I started watching an anime series again because a friend of mine recommended it to me. It's an addicting thriller/mystery with a very intriguing plot! I recommend getting into it without knowing what it is about. It's bound to keep you at the edge of your seat! I'm only several episodes in but I can tell it's going to blow my mind. I've also heard that the manga is just as amazing!
Youtuber - Meaningful Minimalism
I have been obsessed with this youtube channel for a while now (I might be a little biased because Indo pride!!!). All her videos are so well done! So simple and beautiful. I get to learn a ton of minimalist tips and tricks, and I get so inspired by her videos for some reason. I love it! :)
MUSIC
Love by Lana Del Rey

Surprise surprise, Lana Del Rey makes another appearance in my favorites. This one is one of her newest ones, "Love". I found this song when I stumbled across a fan-made music video. The video is a compilation of Romeo and Juliet clips (starring the charming Leonardo Dicaprio) and immediately fell in love with the song (and more obviously the actor xD but moving on). I think the song goes so well with the movie. I was hooked from the start <3 (you can watch the video i talked about here)
The Neighborhood

A new band!! Finally :) I saw a comment in one of their music video once and it said "if Lana Del Rey and Arctic Monkey's music had a baby, The Neighborhood is it", and I wholeheartedly agree :') The Neighborhood has such chill music, the kind where you'd like blasting out of your radio while going on a road trip with your significant other late at night. I especially love Daddy Issues and West Coast <3 I've yet to discover more of their songs, but I'll definitely look into all their albums!
